1. About NaukriGo
NaukriGo is a work-from-home platform. NaukriGo is a virtual company: our team works remotely and there is no physical office.
2. Registering
You register with your mobile number, verified by a one-time password (OTP), and add your name, email and a password. You must give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
3. No joining fee
There is no joining fee and no hidden charges. You never have to buy a product and you never have to sell one.
4. Work and earnings
Work is done on your own phone, on timings that suit you. Earnings are performance-based (commission, bonus and salary) and depend on your own work. NaukriGo does not promise any fixed amount. Your payment records are shown in the app under Salary Received.
5. Your conduct
Work honestly and respectfully with customers and with your team. Misuse of the platform, false information or breaking these terms can lead to your account being paused or deactivated. Actions in the app are recorded in Activity Logs.
6. Roles
Team members, Team Leaders, Moderators and Admins have different access in the app. Each role sees only what it needs for its work.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last changed.
