ELIGIBILITY
- To be eligible for refunds, the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of order placed (this also means that we will wait for minimum 24 hours to activate your services).
- The cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them (orders will not be communicated to vendors for services delivery in first 24 hours).
- If refund query was raised after 24 hours after placing an order only 50% amount of the service was reversed.
- Refunds will not be allowed under any circumstances if we find out that candidate or employer has made false representations and has abused the service.
- Refund will be entertained if we are not completing the commitment in given time frame.
- You are requested to read terms of service carefully before making payment.
PROCEDURE
- Please Do Not reach content writers/ consultants or RM for refunds.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as per your requirement, you must bring it to our notice by writing us on support@naukriGo.com.
- One must share proof of purchase to complete the refund/ cancellation.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- Refund settlement may take 30-45 days (can be more/ less than this depending upon mode of payment used by the candidate while availing services as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted) from the request received.
- If not received in given time period, one must inform the team on support@naukriGo.com. The same will be taken care by our team on high priority.
